STATEMENT OF POLICIES Please Read the following: Deposit Policy- Deposits are required on all charters. If your deposit is not received at least 14 days prior to the date of the charter. Your trip may be cancelled. We will make numerous attempts to contact you to avoid cancellation. All deposits are non refundable.  Cancellation Policy- We require a minimum of 14 days notice to cancel or reschedule a charter using the applied deposit. Foul Weather Policy- In the event of inclement weather or the forecast of inclement weather, unless contacted by Captain Brian Sutton, you are required to show up on the date of the charter. If it is determined by Captain Brian Sutton that the weather is too bad, you deposit will be applied to a later date.. Rates Spring Trophy Dates: April 19, 2008 through May 13, 2008 Up to 6 hour charter, 8 people- $800. Up to 8 hour charter 9 people- $1000. Additional per person charge- $100. Bait will be an extra charge. Fuel Surcharge- Not to exceed $75. ****Season Closed 5/14/08 and 5/15/08 Catch Release trips available**** Summer Dates: May 16, 2008 through November 12, 2008 Up to 6 hour charter, 6 people- $600. Up to 8 hour charter, 6 people- $750. Additional per person charge $75. Bait will be an extra charge. Fuel surcharge- Not to exceed $75. ***All Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are a minimum charge for 8 people*** Fall Rock Fishing Dates:   November 13, 2008 through November 26, 2008 In November, we are departing from Ridge MD. (Point Lookout Area) Due to daylight savings time, and the distances to run to the fishing grounds, we only book full day charters. Full Day Charter, 6 people-$750. Additional per person charge- $80. Fuel surcharge- Not to exceed $75. ***All Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are a minimum charge for 8 people*** Winter Rock Fishing: December 1, 2007 through mid-February 2008 The Debra Christine relocates to Fisherman’s Wharf Marina in Virginia Beach, VA for the winter run of the Large Migratory Stripers (Rockfish). The Prime time of the fishing is between December 15 and January 20th. The fish are usually very large, very numerous and very hungry, a great combination!! The creel limit is 2 fish per person exceeding 28” including 2 for the captain and 2 for the mate. This is a great time to fill your freezer if you love to eat the rockfish like I do or come down to have a shot at the striper of a lifetime. We try to book 2 trips per day, therefore we do not place time constraints on the charters. We are offering the following packages for this season: One Day Charter in Virginia Beach, morning departure - $840. for 7 people Additional per person charge- $90. Maximum 10 people Two Day Package in Virginia Beach - $740. per trip for 7 people First day depart around noon and fish until dusk. Stay overnight at Best Western--- 2809 Atlantic Ave. Virginia Beach, Virginia 23451 phone # 757-428-5370 (last year rates were $36.00 per night + tax -- I will have this year's rates soon) Second day depart in morning and return by noon. Additional per person charge- $90.00. Maximum 10 people Catering- Catering can be arranged for your charter…We can customize your catering with many food and beverage options. Some of which include Steamed Shrimp, Southern Maryland Fried Chicken, Subs, Birthday Cakes, etc.  Call for information. Minimum of 48 hours notice required. Recommendations for your charter Items you may want to bring: Food, beverage of choice (cans recommended), sun block, sunglasses, camera, plastic bags or cooler for your catch, a change of clothes, rain suit. Generally we supply all tackle, but feel free to bring your own. Dress according to the weather. Dressing in layers is recommended. Come to have a good time. Know your limits of alcohol. Please have a designated driver assigned. We frown on large amounts of hard liquor. Severe intoxication will immediately return the boat to the dock. Full payment will be required Book your trips according to your fishing preference. Captain Brian always has advice on that.
